Q: What is Zeno and why was it created?

1. Zeno is your ultimate visualization tool. It helps you and your customers see the end result before it happens. We created Zeno because we noticed a gap in aftermarket visualization technology. Our goal is to turn your dreams into reality with our unique software.

Q: How many versions of Zeno are there?

1. We currently offer two versions of Zeno; Zeno Lite and Zeno X. Zeno Lite is our base tier with limitations, while Zeno X is our top-tier option with unlimited access to all features. We recommend Zeno X for shops looking to streamline their processes and access

1. Zeno was first introduced in 2019.

Q: Am I locked into a contract?

1. No, we offer month-to-month options.

Q: How much does Zeno cost?

1. We offer Zeno Lite at $29 (USD) and Zeno X at $249 (USD) per month.

1. Yes! You can try Zeno for free for 7 days here.

Q: How do I get started?

1. Once you complete the sign-up steps, you'll receive an onboarding email with your login credentials and the download link for Windows here or Mac here.

Q: Is there a demo or training for Zeno?

1. Yes, there is a 1-on-1 training session, and we also offer additional learning opportunities such as monthly webinars and YouTube tutorials and walkthroughs.

Q: How often do you add new features and vehicles to the software?

1. We add 20-30 vehicles every month based on user feedback from our Instagram, Discord, and email at contact@xix3d.com.

Q: Where do I go to get help or give feedback about the software?

Q: Can I utilize Zeno for personal projects, or is it primarily intended for business purposes?

1. Absolutely, Zeno is perfect for personal passion projects as well! It's not limited to just business applications. Many users enjoy using it to create their dream cars and set personal goals.

Q: When is customer support available?

1. Customer Support is available on weekdays from 9am to 6pm EST.

Q: What's the process for canceling my Zeno subscription if I no longer require it?

1. You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription whenever you need to. Simply reach out to us via email or on our Discord channel, and we'll assist you with the cancellation process.

Q: What is the Zeno Partner Program?

Q: How do I get notified of updates and changes to the software?

Q: Can I upload my own graphics like my logo?

1. Absolutely! You can easily import your own graphics in the design studio.

Q: What are the different ways I can sell using Zeno?

1. You can use remote meetings (Zoom), showroom displays (TV/Touchscreen), 1-on-1 consultations, and high-end renders to upsell various products and customization options.

Q: How do I connect with clients who aren't at my shop?

1. Connect with your clients using Google Meet, Skype, or Zoom to screen share your Zeno anytime, anywhere. Stream Studio is also coming soon in Zeno X.

Q: How much space is required to download Zeno X (Version 4.1.8)?

1. To get started with Zeno X (Version 4.1.8), we offer two download options. The "Cars on the Fly" download requires 18 GB of space and provides the basics for a quick start. The full download will take up approximately 75-80 GB of space.

Q: How long does the download take?

1. The download time varies depending on your internet speed. For a faster download, we recommend using the "Cars on the Fly" option.

Q: Can I install Zeno X on an external hard drive or SSD to save space on my main drive?

1. Yes, you can download Zeno on external drives.

Q: Is an internet connection required to use Zeno X?

1. Yes, Zeno X requires an internet connection to function.

Q: What peripherals are required to run Zeno X?

1.  For the best experience, we recommend using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor with Zeno X.

Q: Can I use a touchscreen for Zeno X?

1. While touchscreens can be used with Zeno X, some features may be less convenient to use with touch controls.

Q: What is the minimum recommended Graphics Card and CPU to run Zeno X?

1. On Windows computers, we recommend a dedicated graphics card from Nvidia or AMD. For the CPU, a quad-core processor with a speed of at least 3 GHz is recommended for smooth performance. On Mac, we suggest an M1 processor with 16 GB of RAM.

Q: What is the currently recommended Software to use Zeno X?

1. For Windows, we support Windows 10 and newer versions. On macOS, we recommend using the most recent available software.

Q: Are there any recommended pre-builds that I can use?

Q: Can I use Zeno X on iPad or iPhone?

1. No, Zeno X is exclusively available for PC and Mac.

Q: How do I update or change my company information and logo?

1. To update or change your company information and logo, visit the Zeno X portal at accounts.xix3d.com. Please note that adding your company logo is only available in Zeno X.

Q: I don't know if my computer meets the requirements, is there a way to check?

You can download the Zeno X hardware compatibility checker to determine if your computer meets the requirements. If you have specific questions, please email support@xix3d.com for further assistance.

Q: Can I download the software on multiple computers? 

1. Yes, you can install Zeno X on multiple computers. However, please be aware that Zeno X is a licensed subscription, and one license allows for one concurrent login at a time.

Q: How often do I need to update the software? 

1. We will notify you when a new update is available, either within the Zeno X launcher or through our newsletter. While you can still use the program without updating, we recommend staying up to date to access new features and vehicles.

Q: Can I save my designs on Zeno X?

1. Yes, you can save your designs locally within Zeno X.

1. In Zeno X, you can customize over 500 vehicles, ranging from everyday sedans to trucks, supercars, and commercial fleet vehicles. Each vehicle offers customization options for every body component.

Q: What brands does Zeno X work with?

1. Zeno X partners with various companies in the aftermarket realm. This list is continually growing, so keep an eye on our update board for the latest additions.

Q: What customization options do I have in Zeno X?

1. With Zeno X, you have an extensive range of customization options, including vehicle wraps, wheels, tires, tints, stance adjustments, body kits, and more, all available in our design studio.

Q: How do I get started with customization?

1. To begin customizing, launch the program and ensure your login details are correct. You can select auto-login for a seamless experience. Once Zeno X has loaded, choose a vehicle, environment, and start customizing in any category you prefer.

Q: Can I only wrap my vehicle in one color?

1. No, you can individually select panels for customization, and you can even explore 2-tone designs by multi-selecting panels. The customization possibilities are endless.

Q: What are the tinting options in Zeno X?

1.  In Zeno X, you can tint windows, headlights, tail lights, and side markers (for compatible vehicles).

Q: What suspension modifications can I make in Zeno X?

1. You can adjust the front and rear suspension height and change offset and camber settings in Zeno X.

Q: What body kits does Zeno X offer?

1. We currently provide over six different body kit options for specific vehicles, and we continuously add more kits with each update.

Q: How many environments are available in Zeno X?

1. Zeno X offers seven environments, and we regularly update them, so stay tuned for more.

Q: What happens if I import a pixelated image?

1. Zeno X includes a vectorization feature that can automatically vectorize imported JPG images, allowing them to scale up without pixelation.

Q: Can I hide vinyl brands I don’t use?

1. Yes, you can remove vinyl brands you don't use. Simply go to Settings -> Vinyl or Wheels, and click to remove the vinyl or wheel brand you don't need.

Q: How do I import my own decals or graphics?

1. You can easily import your own decals and graphics in Zeno X. Supported file types include PDF, PNG, JPG, EPS, and SVG.

Q: Can I whitelabel Zeno with my own branding?

1. Certainly! Zeno X allows you to remove Zeno branding and upload your own. After obtaining Zeno X, visit accounts.xix3d.com, upload your logo, and restart Zeno X.

Q: What is a Design Studio?

1. Design Studio is our in-software wrap designer that eliminates the need for designing in 2D. You can import designs into Zeno, place them on the car, and even change decal finishes. Mask decals to show up on specific parts of the car.

Q: What is drone mode?

1. Drone mode is a virtual camera that enables you to take photos from any angle for customized content creation.

Q: What is the decal sheet used for?

1. The decal sheet provides a standardized 5-angle view of your renderings, which is ideal for professional presentations and client reviews.

Q: How is the Spec Sheet best used?

1. The Spec Sheet offers a comprehensive breakdown of all the modifications made to a vehicle.

Q: What content can I export from Zeno X?

1. You can export virtual photos, videos, spec sheets, pre-programmed reels, and 360° views from the render section. We also offer pre-staged photo shoots that you can export for email or local storage with just a few clicks.

Q: Can I export true-to-size print and cut files?

1. Yes, you can export Zeno designs to your preferred file format. Some slight modifications may be needed to prepare the files for printing. Rest assured, your designs will scale up to the exact size of the car when exported from Zeno X.

Q: How do I share my renderings on social media? 

1. To share your renderings, export them to your computer, mobile device, or email. They are ready to be shared on any platform.
